Q: Where can I see a Vitamix demonstration?
A: Watch video demonstrations online and find out now how easy and enjoyable it is to use a Vitamix. We also demonstrate at 1500+ home shows and county fairs each year in the United States and Canada. To check when we will be at a show or fair in your area, go to Shows & Fairs on this web site.

Q: Can I buy directly from Vitamix?
A: Yes, shop in our online store or call a Vitamix sales consultant at 1-800-848-2649 to find the blender that’s right for your home.

Q: What is a reconditioned Vitamix machine?
A: Reconditioned machines may have been used for live demonstrations or in a photo shoot. They may also be machines that have been returned within the 30-day trial period. In any case, a Reconditioned Vitamix machine has seen very limited use. Upon return to the factory, the motor base of each machine is cleaned, inspected and repackaged with a new container cookbook, Getting Started guide, new Tamper, and DVD. Labels and grips on reconditioned units may vary.

Q: What are the expected shipping and delivery times for USA and Canada?
A: Shipping and delivery timeframes below are estimations only, not guarantees. Actual delivery times are subject to product availability, destination address, and the shipping option you’ve chosen. Once your items ship from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with tracking information. Priority shipping is not available in Canada.
  • Standard Shipping - Ships in: 7-10 business days, Estimated Delivery: 8-15 business days
  • Priority Shipping - Ships in: 2-4 business days, Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days


Q: What is your return policy for the USA and Canada?
A: When purchasing direct from Vitamix, we are so certain that you will see the value and benefits of using your Vitamix each day that we are happy to offer a risk-free 30 day in-home trial. If you are not completely satisfied and don't find Vitamix to meet your expectations, just simply return it within 30 days for a full refund - we will even pay for return shipping. Vitamix stands behind its products and our commitment to your satisfaction is our top priority.

Q: How do I return a Vitamix product?
A: Contact Customer Service at 1-800-848-2649 option #2 or service@vitamix.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.

Q: What is the cost of return shipping if I do choose to return my machine within the 30-Day Trial?
A: If you are a USA or Canadian customer, you will receive free return shipping as part of the Vitamix 30 day trial. Contact Vitamix at 1-800-848-2649 or service@vitamix.com for a pre-paid return shipping label.
